Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club board offers ham radio license exams every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Ham radio licenses for technical, general and extra are given at this time. Examinations are through the Laurel VEC system, so it’s 100% electronic and efficient. Advantages of taking a ham radio exam through the Thunderbird Amateur Radio Club & Laurel VEC include electronic registration, efficient test taking workflow plus it’s free! Those who pass the technician get their call sign in less then 24 hours, so you can start operating right after that!
