Food Costs & Expenses

We are not charging for individual meals this year — club-provided meals are Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast (Friday dinner is Dutch Treat, on your own). However, Field Day is on a private acreage with no public restrooms, so the club is investing in rented restrooms in addition to food costs.

We are asking for an optional donation to help cover expenses. Thunderbird ARC’s goal is to have everyone enjoy Field Day and further develop trained radio operators in Arizona. Everyone can participate regardless of their ability to donate.

Your donation also serves as your RSVP so we know how much food to prepare. RSVP deadline: June 10, 2026.

Standard
$60 / $40 / $20
3 days / 2 days / 1 day
Alternate
$30 / $20 / $10
3 days / 2 days / 1 day
Minimum
$3 / $2 / $1
3 days / 2 days / 1 day

Can’t participate? Consider making a donation for the group. Use “Other” on the form for multiple people or any amount. In-person donations accepted at any club event (cash, check, or credit card).
