Food Costs and Other Expenses

  • We are not charging for individual meals this year. However, this year’s Field Day is on a private acreage with no public restrooms. So, in addition to food costs, the club is investing a substantial amount into two rented restrooms. We are asking for an optional donation as suggested below to help cover expenses.
  • Thunderbird ARC’s goal is to have everyone enjoy Field Day and further develop trained radio operators in the State of Arizona.
  • Everyone can participate regardless of their ability to donate to the event. Please do not let the inability to make a donation limit your ability to participate in Field Day and get to know lots of great people and learn great stuff.
  • Note that your donation (Even the minimum donation) will also serve as your RSVP so we know how much food to prepare. The RSVP deadline is June 10th.
  • Suggested standard donation for all three days: $60/person
    Two days: $40/person
    One day: $20/person
  • Suggested alternate donation for all three days: $30/person
    Two days: $20/person
    One day: $10/person
  • Suggested minimum donation for all three days: $3/person
    Two days: $2/person
    One day: $1/person
  • If you can’t participate this year, please consider making a donation for the group.
  • Use the “Other” catagory on the donation form to make a contribution for multiple people or a donation of any amount.
  • If you would prefer not to donate online, please feel free to donate in person at any club event, including onsite at Field Day. For in person donations, we can accept cash, check, or credit card.
  • Payable online here by PayPal or Credit Card.

Submit Your Donation for Field Day Meals and Expenses.
