• Why: Have fun, practice radio skills, fun event to put AZ on the map.

  • 1:00 – Lunch: Hamburgers and Hot Dogs
  • Side Dishes: Everyone brings Pot Luck side dishes, snacks, salads, and deserts.
• Radios, Antennas, Operating Equipment: Bring Your Own Station

Driving Directions

• Navigate to Paloma Community Park at 29799 N Lake Pleasant Parkway.
• The entrance road is on the east side about a mile South of the Loop 303.
• Enter the park and drive up the hill to the roundabout.
• Take the first right out of the roundabout towards the ramada area.
• Take the first left into the ramada parking area.
• Our picnic area is ramadas 6 and 7 (In the East Ramadas)..
