The October meeting will begin early - right at 7:00 pm - so we can give as much time as possible to our guest presenter.

Ned Stearns AA7A will talk about the Baker Island 2018 DXpedition. Baker Island finished up in early July, so we'll be among the first to hear the news.

Ned is the Vice Director of the ARRL Southwestern Division and always an entertaining speaker. We're glad to have him - join us at the meeting on October 19th - at 7:00 pm sharp!

At the General Meeting on October 19, 2017 in accordance with the existing constitution and by-laws, the 51 members in attendance voted to modify the constitution and by-laws to the new ones posted here (members-only link). There were no votes in opposition.

These rule changes are necessary in order for TBARC to comply with the rules defining a 501(c)(3) organization by the IRS.

The new constitution and by-laws come into effect on November 1, 2017.

Thanks to Brian AK7F and Walt NJ8G for their hard work to get these changes implemented.
