Website report for March 2017 board meeting

What I've done since last board meeting:
  • Added description to 2017 tech/general class download section

What I'd like to do:
  • Draft welcome letter when paid (what paid for, meetings are, how money is used - new|renewal)
  • Clair roster no access
  • Membership address - look through and rationalize member form and TBARC address so membership points at the right address
  • Ask Chris about https login
  • Bring up brochure at board meeting - need new officers
  • update roster, create Past Members tab for last year (copy of current year) - Clair?
  • Nets - not sure what to do, check with Wayne
  • Update mailing lists in MailChimp - yet to do - Clair?
  • Update ADAW lists - contact ADAW
  • Ask Chris if we can enable website for members only if paid
  • Test forum for pictures, links (send link to forum to Gary)

  • Entitled new users
  • Any presentations to upload
  • Clean up front page
  • Get offsite backups running
  • Document passwords / accounts

Places where we need more info:
  • Any new events?
  • Any new education?
  • Any old stuff that needs to come down?
