will host WESTFEST 2008 Arizona's First Indoor Hamfest Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Thunderbird School of Global Management Activity Center 59th Ave & Country Gables Lane, Glendale, AZ (Quarter mile South of W. Forms for the Club Table for TBARC Members TBARC Members who wish to sell items on the Club Table for a small handling fee, or who wish to donate items to the Club, are urged to download the rules for submission of items and a form on which to list the items. Download Form 105 for a copy of the TBARC Club Table Rules. Download Form 100 for a copy of the Item Submission Form for TBARC Club Table. Sales Tags are available for downloading. Form 112 is a sheet of eight tags for items to be consigned, and Form 111 is a sheet of eight tags for the items that are donated to the Club. Please present your items and your prepared Form 100 to the Club table at the start of
the WestFest activities. Each item must have an identification tag
attached (use Forms 111 and 112) with with the assigned Member
Number. A list of Member Numbers have been
mailed to each member. If you have forgotten or lost your assigned
Member Number, a list will be available at the Club Table to assist you in
completing your forms and tags. No items will be accepted without a properly completed
form and tag. Unmarked items will be considered donated items to be sold at
the Club's discretion. |
