The ThunderBird
Amateur Radio Club (TBARC) is a general interest amateur
radio club that serves North and Northwest Phoenix, Glendale, and Peoria,
Arizona.

TBARC is an "Elmering" club. We try to make the new hams feel
at home and provide support for them in all areas of ham radio.

TBARC meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at Thunderbird
School of Global Management located near
59th Ave and West Greenway Road. (Enter at the light at Country
Gables and 59th Ave.) Follow the road to the Staff Parking
Lot. Proceed to the Snell Bldg. The
meeting will held in room #29. or otherwise posted. Check the Meetings
page for a map to the meeting location.

The
TBARC
Tuesday Evenings Net meets at 1930 MST. This is a
directed net and it is open all licensed amateurs and everyone is welcome
to join in. Use either repeater.

The TBARC 2 Meter repeater, W7TBC NM, is located at the
John C. Lincoln Hospital, North Mountain (Sunnyslope), Second St and
Dunlop Ave. The repeater operates
on 146.70 MHz, minus 600 KHz offset, 162.2 Hz sub-audible tone. Linked to the
Deer Valley repeater.

The TBARC 70 Cm. repeater, W7TBC DV, is located at the
John C. Lincoln, Deer Valley Hospital 27th Ave and Beardsley. The frequency is 446.150 Mhz with
a minus 5 Mhz offset and a sub-audible tone of 100 Hz. Linked to the North
Mountain repeater.
TBARC Membership Information:
Dues are payable as of January 1st of each year. The dues are $15.00
if paid during the first 6 months and $8.00 for new members if paid after the first of July for the balance of the year.
Family membership is free. For your convenience in renewing your membership,
I have included a downloadable membership form. Please fill it out and send it to the address shown on
the form with your check. If you feel like including an additional donation, a blank has been provided
for that purpose. The Board thanks you for your continued support of the Club.
